Fishing, baseballs, plane crashes?
During my life, since childhood, I have had three types of recurring dreams -- not the exact same dreams, but the same types of things happening in different scenarios:
1.) Fishing - I catch a lot of fish -- for example: in my flooded basement, in a flooded street near my house, or in more usual places like rivers (although usually fishing from someplace unusual, like a balcony overlooking the river). In real life, I have only rarely gone fishing.
2.) Catching baseballs -- being at a game or outside a stadium and collecting dozens of foul balls, home runs, etc. Not just one ball, but many.
3.) Plane crash -- I see an airplane crash in the distance (again, various scenarios -- but I never know anyone on board or anything like that -- just a random plane in the distance, sometimes flying very erratically before the crash).
Anyone want to take a stab on why I often dream of these things?
So, I am Native American & dream interpretation is important in our culture. Here are my "stabs" at your dreams, but I may be off since I don't know you in person & am interpreting in a Native American manner.
1) To constantly be fishing means you are constantly on the lookout for love, wealth, or whatever it is that you feel will complete you spiritually. This may also mean you are searching for the right woman & haven't found her yet. Often times that is what this take on fish dreams means, and once you find the one for you they should subside.
2) You consider yourself a conquerer. You are incessantly conquering the challenges thrown at you & collecting those conquests in your mind like trophies. What are they? You need to ask yourself what these "baseballs" really stand for. Are they arguments won? Are they ladies won over? Are they grades made?
3) With the planes its more difficult...are you worried when you see the planes crash? Do you feel helpless? Could you care less? Assuming you are concerned about the plane crashing as you see it fall out of the sky, this is often taken as you subconsciously noticing some sort of self destructive behavior. Do you do anything that you notice makes you feel guilty afterwards on a common basis? Do you do anything illegal or that you know your loved ones would be ashamed about? If so, either come clean about the things you are doing, or stop.
Before you will ever truly know what these dreams mean to you personally, you will have to do the same old thing as everyone else: SOUL SEARCH. You must find out what you are missing to complete yourself, the conquests or fights you are winning, and the self-destructive behaviors you may be subconsciously doing. Or I may be all wrong
